Are these good server choices for home use?

Would these work for single user home use 40-50/5  Full IPS/AV w rules for WIN and probably Linux.   I want HTTPS/SSL but if that is not possible may live with it.

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz 4GB   

or 

Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 Tower Server System Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz 4GB


The first is $40 cheaper, not sure if it is worth it,  the first is extremely power efficient (65W with load someone said)


These seem like the best deal I can get other than a used i5 probably.  Thank you!

    Either work.  I use a similar ASUS type server from a few years ago to power my infrastructure.  4 gigs is a good starting pint.  As soon as you can bump it up to 8 gigs and you will be set for a while in the utm department..[:)]
