report hangs

Hello,

our customer want to generate PDF report but the generating dialog hangs,

how can we solve such issue?

    Hi, Maher, and welcome to the Use BB!

    Depending on the CPU and the size of the report, it can take awhile.  Ask them to try a small report and to wait five minutes before concluding that it's really hung.
