Cannot activate SSH shell access

When I try to activate the SSH shell access I get the error message "All authentication methods are disabled."

root and loginuser password have been set before

Model: ASG120
Firmware version:  9.304-9

    Seng:  So you are getting the error message "All authentication methods are disabled."?

    What version number of the UTM are you running?  Can you up2date to latest (9.314 soft-release), to see if it fixes the issue?


    If not:
    Is there another way to fix
    Nope, you'll need direct console access, then follow the directions in post 8.
