SG210 or 230

Hi,

Could some one Advise me on which SG model should we buy?

We have 2 different domains that are currently protected by 2 TMGs servers and we want to replace this 2 TMGs with a single sopho SG.

in a data center we have about 80 published websites and on-premise Exchange server and about 150 AD users and we have also 10 terminal servers that our customers access this Terminal servers to run a application on the T.S. servers and some customers access the published applicaton directly from internet with ms Rdweb.

any idea which SG should we buy?

For your scenario with 150 Users, I would go for the 230. Main Reason is because of its SSDs , what makes Reporting much more comfortable. Have you allready considered the Sizing Guide?

Mrshahin, you need to get in touch with a reseller to get their recommendation so that they have some skin in the game. Without knowing more, I might say that you will need at least a 310.

Considering the Graph on Page 4 you can see that BAlfson's recommendation is maybe more adequate than mine [:)]

This is an old Sizing Guideline!!!
There is a new Guide for 9.3. My last upload of this guide was deleted by admin. So this is an important step, please go to a reseller and calculate your individual need, otherwise (it is possible) you get performance problems in a few months/years... and this is the most expensive solution (pay two times).

There is a new Guide for 9.3. My last upload of this guide was deleted by admin. So this is an important step, please go to a reseller and calculate your individual need, otherwise (it is possible) you get performance problems in a few months/years... and this is the most expensive solution (pay two times).

Very ugly. In our Partnerportal (German) still only 9.2 is available. [:@]

I have 9.2 as well. 9.3 wasn't a huge release so unless i'm very wrong the guidelines for sizing should be the same.
