DDNS Not working

I'm  trying to setup DDNS with NameCheap.  But it doesnt seem to ever update.  I get wierd date when it supposly updated the dns
See attached.  Thoughts???

    Hi, please post a screenshot of your ddns config pages.

    With NameCheap, the UTM's settings for Hostname should be '@' if you're trying to set the IP for your domain without a subdomain.

    Also note that you have to setup a separate password in NameCheap for this to work.
