No longer receiving automatic updates

I am running firmware version 9.209-8, pattern version 70329 and on version information on dashboard it says Last check : never  

Under Management-- Up2Date-- configuration, it is set for "daily"

I remember I used to see updates on it and now these have stopped.  Am I missing anything, misconfigured anything?  Has this to do anything with home licensing I have?

    Found out that myUTM link no longer allows me to login. I asked for a password reset and now it came back and said my e-mail address does not exist in the system but a new account is now opened.  This is not true. I had my e-mail address registered. This is where they sent the license key.  I still have that message.  Not sure why this is happening.  I think this is the reason their server fails to authenticate my software UTM.

    Any advice?

    It also says: There are no product license credentials presently associated with your MySophos account.  I can add one but not sure what to do at this point.

    Log into the new MyUTM account, click on View Licenses.  Scroll down and under Home Use License, if nothing is there, you should have a button to create a new Home license.  Download that (click on the license, then click the Download License File button) and upload it onto your UTM (Management > Licensing > Installation).  Redo the steps in post 4.

    my bad, looks like there's other myUTM links from Sophos... I was not in the right one for home usage. I found the correct link and was able to log in.

    After updating manually to 9.304, the up2date is working again now.  It detected 9.305 and downloaded that.

    Thanks for your help.  All is working as it should now.

    I seem to have this problem with every other version that is released... 9.0, 9.2... I expect one when 9.4 rolls around.  9.1 and 9.3 would actually retrieve updates.  On the versions that I couldn't get updates, I had to manually update them.  

    I was 6 revisions behind at one point because of this failure.

    Interesting, thanks for sharing.  I have been getting up2dates automatically since January 2014 till October 2014 when it updated to version 9.209-8. This is first time I hit this issue.  Hopefully they will address it going forward.
