Unable to Telnet to ports other than 80 and 443

Hello,

Please note that am using ASG with the below configurations:

ASG Software              UTM 9
Firmware version: 9.210-20
Pattern version: 72911
Web Filter operation is Transparent

I'm trying to process the telnet command on telnet gateway.push.apple.com 2195 yet the connection failed.

When I use the web, am able to telnet the host on this port.

When I try to telnet any other host on ports 80 and 443, connection is successful.

I created firewall rules to solve this issue yet I was not able to do so.

Please help.
