OTP Enabled: Now admin Locked Out of WebAdmin

Enabled OTP for admin user. Can authenticate to UserPortal with OTP without issue. Can no longer login to WebAdmin. v9.304-9

SSH is not enabled so I guess I have to hook up a keyboard?

Assuming I can get root shell locally. What should I do?

    Sorry, I can't answer your questions, but I have a couple of suggestions:

    Firstly, since it's odd that OTP would be working for the user portal but not WebAdmin, have you tried logging in without appending a OTP?  Just wondering if perhaps the setting didn't actually "take"

    Secondly, I suggest creating another Admin user, with a long and convoluted password, that you can leave unused but available in an emergency - if you were to lose your key generator, for example.

    Did you try just using your normal password with out the OTP? When you enable this in the GUI, WebAdmin is turned off by default. Whereas UserPortal is on by default.

    Doh! I can't believe this was it. I was sure I selected the WebAdmin box as well as UserPortal. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
