SG 115 behind existing firewall?

I have an existing Internet connection with a Cisco IOS box and Zone Based Firewall working exactly as I want it to.  I put a new SG 115 behind it to control traffic on a "Guest Network"  Everything works fine until I enable Web Filtering, then all Browsing is cut off.  I cant seem to figure out why.  Any suggestions?
I searched the forums and cannot find relevant help.

    What Web Filtering mode is the UTM setup to use?

    If the UTM is to handle all web browsing then you would need to open up 80/443 connections for the UTM on the upstream firewall. It sounds like the upstream firewall may be blocking the UTM serving the Web requests on behalf of the users.
