Soooo, I installed a new Sophos UTM 125 this weekend. Exchange and everything appears to be working well. I found out last night, users while at home were not receiving any e-mails on their cell phones. I added a DNAT/Firewall rules for HTTP/HTTPS. They are now receiving e-mail on their phones. However; today when users are in the building and connected to the WiFi their phones (iPhone/Android) will not update their exchange inbox. Turn off WiFi immediately grabs the e-mail. Even though the rules I had made last night were Source: Any, I tried making a Source: Internal Network... Still no luck. Thoughts?
