single website cannot be displayed

Hello gang,

I'm new to the Sophos UTM9 environment and need some help here.

I have a particular website that cannot be reached from inside our network and I can't seem to find out why its being blocked.

The name resolves properly. fldoea.sharepoint.com --> 191.234.154.27

I run a traceroute but get nothing passed the Firewall.

I can access that same site from any other network i have access to.

I have tried to look inside the admin panel of the Firewall and Webfiltering is disabled.

I am stumped... any ideas on where I should look next ? or what should I try next ??

Do you have Firewall rules allowing Web Browsing protocols from your internal network outbound? You do not mention if it is all sites or just the one.

Other than that, if Web Filtering it disabled it must be either a Firewall rule or DNS issue most likely.

Are you allowing Traceroute? Network Protection > Firewall > ICMP
