We have deployed a PABX SOPHO S-1000 Telephone Exchange system in our company. Now a days, we are facing some serious problems about the CALL COLLECTOR.
Now when we log-in to the PC, the program has to run automatically, (as it was working so).
When we start the PC, the system is giving us the message:
regsvc.exe has generated errors and will b closed by windows. You will need to restart program.
An error is being created.
After this message error, system shows a message in the small window, and it's like:
svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will be need to restart the program.
An error is being created.
Upon the confirmation with an "OK" key, the related software TABS Call Reporting runs.
A small window of TAB Events open showing the status of the connected sites. And according to it, our connected site (say HMC) is not being polled, Equipmentmodels in SMDB are not valid anymore.
Similarly, at the OM Terminal;
