Random Disconnection From Internet

Hi,

I have one PC connected via Ethernet losses internet randomly i am not sure where to check for the issue , please advice. Rest of the devices works good without any issue , presently at Firmware version: 9.210-20 even the previous i have issue

Try changing the Ethernet cable. What brand-model NIC is used for the External interface? Are you sure it's the External interface losing connectivity and not a problem with an internal switch?
