After following the steps to reset the webadmin password, when I pull up the web page to change my password, I am not prompted to change it. It just asks for credentials as if nothing happened.
If this isn't annoying enough. I am doing this because my Sophos simply seems to have forgotten my Webadmin username/password because I never changed it.
