How to disable WebFiltering via command line? (Putty) my webadmin is not accessible

After upgrade to 9.3005 my webadmin is not accessible.  I have tried restarting it but it keeps failing.

  • Shutdown now doesn't power down the device.  That's a normal screen.  What does this have to do with WebAdmin not running?

    Cheers - Bob

    Thanks.
OH for the webadmin not running, well I have to access few sites that I have normally blocked via web filtering (ad lists).  So now without being able to use webadmin I was looking for ways to disable web filtering via putty.
