DNS-O-MATIC is a free meta service from OpenDNS that will update other dynamic dns providers. It takes time for the sophos team to implement and test each DDNS provider so it would be nice to leverage the work already done for DNS-O-MATIC.
The service already supports 29 DDNS Services.
As of this post there are only 4 votes for it (although it is under review), and I feel like the interest level is actually higher. I did not suggest the feature (although I voted for it), and I am not affiliated with OpenDNS or DNS-O-MATIC in any way.
