DHCP Help With Mitel VOIP Phones

We have a client trying to install a Mitel NetSolutions phone system. We've setup two VLANS (10 = Data and 20 = Voice) on ETH5. We've setup a DHCP server for each of the two subnets. We've added firewall rules to allow the traffic in/out. When we plug a phone into the switch, it gets an IP from the UTM just fine. However, when we plug a computer into the back of that phone, we can't pull an IP from the UTM. We've checked the switch config and it has the VLANS setup for tagging. Anything we're missing?

  • I bet you can watch the DHCP Server Live Log and confirm that there are no DHCPDISCOVER requests coming from the PC plugged into the phone.
