Home edition, evertyhing disabled?

Looking at the web page, I should have:

Web filtering "Protect your Kids Web Surfing Habits"
Mail filtering "Solve your Spam Mail Problems"
VPN access "Access your Home Network from Anywhere"
Site to Site vpn "Connect to Work or Friends"
"and a lot more"...

Under management->licensing, everything is disabled except Endpoint AntiVirus and... nope, thats it.

On every page like Web Filtering, I get "Licensing info - This page is disabled as you either do not have a relevant subscription or the relevant subscription has expired"


I installed the home license, and i can see that on the licensing page. Is this how it's supposed to be?

    Was the license recently created?  They do have expiration dates.  Check your MyUTM account for the details of the license.  Screenshots of the information at Management > Licensing > Overview, might be helpful (obfuscate the license ID number).  What does the license show for registration date?  Does it show todays date or tomorrows?

    It's the home edition so the license does not expire. The creation date shows 2010
    I shut the system down, but I can take screenshots if needed. Here is the license info from the text file that was just sent to me

    I guess it gave me the license I got 4 years ago... that's fun. I'll have to register with a different email.

    The individual subscriptions do expire.

    Log into your MyUTM account, delete the old license, then create a new one (once logged in, click on view licenses, scroll down to the home use license section, click on the license, and choose delete.  Then you'll have the option to create a new one).  No need to reregister with a different email.

    I wasn't able to access the account that was created (if there was one) for the 2010 license. I had to get a new license and use the account they sent to that email. Oh well.. at least i'm up and running [:)]

    Same issue here. Had to register and get a new license. Mine was a private astaro license from 2011. It seems that it expired end of November 2014.



    EDIT:
    OK, figured it out.
    - register to myUTM: https://myutm.sophos.com
    - Once registration is complete, login
    - click License Management
    - SCROLL DOWN !! :-) to home use license
    - create, download and import
