Bandwidth Control

Dear All,

In my organisation this IP 192.168.1.142 is consuming lot of bandwidth and I want to reduce his bandwidth speed. Is there a way to reduce the bandwidth speed. Please let me know. I am using ASG425 and version is 9.201-25. Please do the needful. Thank you.

    Chris, I assume that you're talking about downloads by this IP and that it's using too much bandwidth inbound to the ASG...

    First create a Services Group named "Web Surfing Responses" and fill it with the new services "HTTP Response = {80->1:65535}}, "HTTPS Response = {443->1:65535}" etc.

    Next, in QoS, create a Traffic Selector 'Internet -> Web Surfing Responses -> {192.168.1.142}'.  Finally, create a Download Throttling rule to limit the bandwidth for this Traffic Selector.
