Yes, UTM can do this. You do have to have enough interfaces though, so you need either physical interfaces (real network connectors) or virtual interfaces (VLAN interfaces).

You indicate that you need 3 different networks and of course your WAN connection, which totals to 4 interfaces.
If you have 4 NIC-ports available you can assign every subnet it's own physical interface, otherwise you would need to work with VLAN interfaces and for that you would also need a VLAN 802.1q capable switch.
I would suggest that you have at least 2 physical NIC's available. If you don't already own a VLAN capable switch and should need one, you could buy a relatively cheap Netgear GS110TP or GS108PEv2 switch for that.

in my own situation i got 5 different VLAN's, with 6 different filter profiles,

what version did you plan on using? there's a difference between 9.1(and prior to that), and 9.2.. the GUI had a make-over in 9.2.

I am not sure what you mean with different policies, but if you want to have different web filtering policies than this is indeed possible. You can find some basic help using the Help buttons from withing webadmin or find more here.

Great to hear the possibility, as right now we are testing the software version of sophos UTM 9.2 to see the functionality.

1: Let me know which model of UTM supports different network and different web filtering policies.

2: which version of sophos is best among which they provide 
i: Hardware       ii:Software              iii:Virtual

and whether all these version provide the same functionality: e.g : Hardware and Software base version has the same functionality.

All models and versions have identical capabilities, limited only by the number of IPs (software & virtual) or the power of the appliance (hardware).

The hardware appliance subscriptions are priced, roughly, to correspond to the software/virtual subscriptions which are priced per number of IPs covered.  25-IP subscriptions cost about the same as subscriptions for the UTM 120, those for the UTM 220 are between those for the 50-IP and 100-IP subscriptions, etc.

Sophos is going to lower their UTM SW licenses from 1. October, I guess that is somehow related with availability of new SG 1x, 5x and 6x series, but I've no idea why...[[:)]]

For example in EMEA region,"UTM SW up to 10 users" FG Bundle New 1 year will cost 536,00€ instead of 730,00€. "UTM SW up to 100 users" will cost 2.556,00€ instead of 3.450,00€.

Using built-in Windows calculator software..[[:)]].. it looks that the discounts will be around 25%.
