Slow ASG-220 Sophos Ltd Firewalls

Why the hell is the httpproxy running all the time at 100% !  Und why the hell is the super slow celeron CPU in the ASG 220 specified for 300 Users? A celeron CPU for 300 Users ...
Please make a Update to of the super-slow 9.2 Software and speciefy the ASG-220 to a maximum of 50 Users.

    I think I mentioned this in another thread of yours but if you have a paid UTM220 license subscription, support from Sophos in part of the subscription, and support includes hardware replacement if parts of the unit are defective.

    However, swapping out *any component* of your UTM220 appliances without the explicit permission of a Sophos UTM support technician (get it in writing if at all possible) will void the support agreement you have with Sophos and they can deny any hardware replacement requests on the basis that you tampered with the hardware.

    Yes, the 4GB kits do exist on some vendors websites, and they do work as you can attest to, but they are not official Sophos kits. And some people have reported on here in years past (not since Sophos acquired Astaro tho afaik) that UTM support has been gracious to owner's who've tweaked the RAM, asking them to remove the extra RAM before they proceed with the support case but I wouldn't count on that.
