Wrong, this was a trick question. You need a CANON EOS 1DX DSLR Camera, on a tripod with the correct shutter and exposure settings.
Failing this a iphone or smart phone will surfice, but be aware the quality may not be as good as the Canon EOS 1DX DSLR Camera. However, you can upload it directly to Instagram which will give you a nice filter.
If your browser supports manipulating the HTML/CSS the height settings in the code can be altered to overcome the provided constraint.
If your objective is detailed documentation the printable configuration (WebAdmin->Support->Printable Configuration) or the command line with confd-client.plx (aka cc) may be suitable.

Hi Bob, what the young bucks with lots of money have failed to tell you is that the screen you are trying to capture closes when the window looses focus as in a windows term not a Canon 1DX loose focus term.
@stealthmatt, as punishment you can send both Bob and I a 1DX, it will replace my 6D.
How about old timey ctrl alt printscreen to capture the screen in clipboard, then you can paste the clipboard in any application you want and snip it all day long. Has worked flawlessly since the beginning of time[:$]
As I understand, the root question is how to capture the scrolling window inside the scrolling window.
For all my screenshot tasks I use freeware software called Greenshot which has the capability of taking screenshot of IE scrolling web page that cannot be fitted vertically (screenshot attached...[;)]), but not another scrolling window inside that one (like in Network Definitions example).
You can always take several screenshots (with small overlap part) and then merge them together in Photoshop or similar picture editing software.
