I've installed my ASG9 just recently and finished configuring the system. Internet is very fast (250mbit ASG9 throughput) and so far very stable. The system runs on an ESXI VM. The internal NICs are VMXNet3 NICs while the WAN NIC is a Intel
i217LM passed through from the ESXI host.
Since I'm on travel most of the time, I've been using Plex to stream media. When I recently started to watch a movie using Plex from a hotel room, the internet connection dropped several times for some seconds. After checking hotel internet etc. I've had a look into the kernel messages log and saw this (only for the time when I was using Plex! If i don't use Plex - the error won't occur)

This happens every 5-10mins when using Plex. Now: Before changing to VMXNet3 or a different NIC: Is there a possibility that the e1000 driver is not that good for the Intel
i217LM?
