Difference between UTM subscriptions

Hi Guys,  

Can someone shine some light regarding UTM subscriptions :  

Looking at virtual graffiti licenses for Sophos I stumbled between full guard and full guard 24 x 7   Does this mean that the FG 24x7 has premium support included or is that separate?   

Also how does licensing work, does it start when you receive the license by email or when you activate it by using MYUTM?  

Are licenses additive, i.e If i purchased a 2 year full guard license through my reseller, can I purchase another 3 years from Virtual Grafitti and add it to the appliance  any time to make it 5 years?  Same for the premium support?

    Hi,

    1. I'm not familiar with Virtual Graffiti; they could be selling Sophos Premium support, or they may be including their own 24x7 support.

    2. My reseller (Convergent) puts my licenses into MyUTM for me, and they are active at that time.

    3. No; you can't add together licenses from multiple resellers.
