Unable to log into Web Admin

I went to log into my Sophos box today, and it will not recognize any of the users I have on the system, whether they are locally authenticated or AD authenticated. The loginuser account works for SSH access, and I can reset the system passwords through the shell, but it still won't let me log in. I've reset the box, as well as both of my DCs in case there was a problem there. I really loathe the idea of rebuilding the box since I have had quite a few changes since the last backup I took. This happened once before and cleared itself up, so I chalked it up to a quirk, but this time it is persistent. Has anyone else experienced this?

You might have locked yourself out and the timeout hasn't expired.

Check /var/log/aua.log for more information such as "Bad password" and "Too many failures from client IP, still blocked for n seconds".

I did that a couple times, I get the email saying I am locked out, but I have waited sufficient time (the timeout is 10 minutes), so I know that isn't the case. Also, would it allow me into SSH if the account was locked out? If so, that seems like quite a flaw.
