UTM Home Edition Error

When trying to download the UTM Home Edition --- after entering user information it goes to an error message. Tried from a couple computers and had a coworker try. Can anyone help?[:S]

Any specifics available (URL attempted, screenshot, text copy&paste) on the error returned?

Create account and manage licenses (including Home and Essentials): https://myutm.sophos.com/

Recently some issues were reported with the SUM license signup for some, if not all, not US signups, https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/61/t/57041, but I remember that as a lack of email not an error message.
