"Issues detected"

When I used my Sophos to scan, it told me I had no threats, but it said "issues detected." What does that mean? What can I do about these issues?

I just went to the Scan This Mac feature from the toolbar. I got the free version of Sophos.

Hi Ray,
this is the wrong forum for Sophos anti-virus etc issues. These forums are for the Sophos/Astaro UTM products and features, some of which are anti-virus scanning.
