the web protection reports are empty

Some report in the  web protection - sophos UTM 9.2 are empty in the report by URL  or by category .
the reports in web protection by "User" or "domain" or "site"  operates correctly .

    I wrote this in another thread:
    It may be worth pursing a support case - though if it is "a corrupt reporting database" I don't know if they'll go beyond "rebuild the database" willingly.

    Even if one gets no further a database rebuild with support it is potentially worth having the support case logged to make sure Sophos is not unaware of potential problems with reporting.

    Vendors typically seem at least mildly more interested when concerns raised outside support can reference verifiable support cases.


    Rebuilding the database should not need be a regular UTM system maintenance task.

    Don't let Sophos off the hook without support cases.   Consider providing information on the problem and what did, or didn't, fix the problem in forum postings to better raise the level of awareness (at Sophos and among admins) for potential systemic problems.
