the web protection reports are empty

Some report in the web protection - sophos UTM 9.2 are empty in the report by URL or by category .
the reports in web protection by "User" or "domain" or "site" operates correctly .

Try, at the command line as root: /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

Any luck with that?

I find it incredibly frustrating that all we can do is blow away the database and start over.

I've been blowing away my DB about every 4 months for the last 2 years. I'm at the point where I can't trust that my reports are running.
