the web protection reports are empty

Some report in the  web protection - sophos UTM 9.2 are empty in the report by URL  or by category .
the reports in web protection by "User" or "domain" or "site"  operates correctly .

    I see this alot when i choose 3 month of retention for log.
    In web and reports parameters change the number of day to keep in web protection to 1 month and wait until the next day for the utm to purge and clean the oldest data.
    I know it not ideal solution if you want to keep more data but it like the report in SQL is getting too big for the utm to handle. 
    BTW i have a 525r5 and the max i can keep it 1 month but i guess it depend on the number of client and data to log.
