Service Failure

Error message:  Your computer is not protected by Sophos.
My payment was made in January, what is the problem???

  • It sounds like you are talking about one of their AV or Cloud products... this is the wrong board for this (actually, you would probably be better off contacting them directly if it's a cloud product, or via your reseller if the product is a self-installed / hosted version).  If you are looking for a board to discuss your issue, see SophosTalk community - SophosTalk community
