A direct update from 9.111-11 to 9.201-23 isn´t possible through the automatic prefetch because there is no updatepackage 'u2d-sys-9.111011-201023.tgz.gpg'.

I have solved this with these steps:
[LIST=1]
ssh to utm
su root
cd /var/up2date/sys/
wget
ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.111007-201023.tgz.gpg
wget
ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.201023-201025.tgz.gpg
auisys.plx --showdesc
update to the latest version from the webgui
[/LIST]
