Force Youtube to not use IPv6 via Tunnelbroker

Good afternoon!

Is there any possibility to disallow media Streaming or Services like Youtube to use IPv6 via Tunnelbroker? 
I thought about DNS entries for YouTube to disallow ipv6 Name Resolution for their Domain.

Any ideas how to acomplish that?
