External Web Access UTM 220

Hi,

I have setup my UTM 220 unit and was able to access the web interface externally, but all of a sudden I cannot gain access, internal is ok.

The current settings: >> WebAdmin Settings >> General is set to "Any" in the Allowed Networks Field??

My question is are there any other settings that need to be changed to allow web access externally?

    Hi, and welcome to the user BB!

    I guess that you might be trying to access from behind a firewall, perhaps the Windows firewall, or that you're not using the right address or port. 

    I would use specific IPs in 'Allowed networks' rather than "All."  If you want access from anywhere, configure SSL VPN remote access, and put "Admin (User Network)" in.
