can't access the webadmin anymore

My astaro still works well except i can't access the webadmin anymore.
Here what i have : " Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, admin and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Is there either :
- a way to resolve the problem ?
- another way to backup settings before reinstalling to the last release ?

    Hi Kynao,

    which UTM version are you running?

    Did you do any change to the UTM before that behavior occurred? 

    Without having web admin access, there are still possibilities of recovering by plugging in a monitor to the machine, direct ssh access if activated or serial access if it is an hardware appliance from us.

    It sounds like an HTTPd (apache) error. If you could get access to the logfile in /var/log/http.log this would greatly help to debug further.
