Hi all

I'm trying to get a PAP2T to connect to VoIP.MS and no luck. What should I poke at 1st?

Hi,

1. UTM version #?

2. are you using the VOIP security system?
Do you have the PAP2T and the VOIP server networks defined?

3. check the logs (firewall, IPS, application control)
Post entries from the FULL (not Live) logs if you find blocked VOIP traffic

Just checked the logs - packets were getting dropped, fixed it - thanks!
