I loved Astaro support. Didn't use it often, maybe twice but when I did they cared about the issue and took your needs seriously. They stuck with it until the issue was resolved. Now we have Sophos, what a crock of ____. We have Premium support and am told that there is no one that can even look at the issue today and they don't have any idea when we will get the issue addressed. We are down, hard down. In our world that is unforgivable for this level of appliance. This isn't some small residential appliance like a linksys or netgear. This is supposed to be a commercial solution. Wow, no one can help us and no idea when. Are they serious? Yes I am ranting a bit, but I asked to have a supervisor or someone call me... Nothing but crickets. I used to be a huge proponent of Astaro and UTM - I have convinced many others to move to the solution. Now, I regret that. STAY AWAY FROM SOPHOS UTM until they figure out that they need to provide real support. BTW, the issue I believe I am experiencing is a bug. Figures.
I hope that someone from Sophos bothers to read this board and cares enough to respond to a customer.. We shall see because they don't respond via tech support. [:@]
