Running strace on the ipv6_watchdog process shows no system calls (it is in a pure CPU loop).
I looked in the logs around the time the overall CPU bumped up to >50% (this was about a week ago, according to the CPU graphs in the daily report), but found nothing there.
A reboot seems to have cleared the problem (for now), but I'm wondering if anybody else has seen this, or has any suggestions to prevent it from happening again.
