SOHO appliance(Cyberoam Netgenie) model with built in support for RJ11 5. Contact cyberoam support center from webadmin opens direct chat session (which is their major sales point with no expertise on reseller end, the online engineer installs it all) 6. SMS Hotspot Voucher credentials
are some of the different features, but Sophos stands better off in all other departments and some unique like RED and wireless.
If sophos could gain on the new merger of SOphos and Cyberoam it is on the 5th point, if something like it could be added in Sophos UTM that allows the enduser to open a secure session with support engineer, without the hassle of partner involvement or support case owners, any available engineer world wide solves the issue then nothing could beat SOPHOS.
Ahhh, but then you'd have to convince partners like us to continue selling Sophos. [;)]

Both companies product palette has unique features. Let's say it simple: "The future is bright". The merge will push both technologies forward ;o) Give Sophos 6 to 12 months until you should see starting first nice results of that merger to be released into market. So far my expectation...enjoy if 9.2 gets released and expect even more cool stuff in the future.
