Sophos UTM is assigning reserved DHCP addresses to other devices

Hi all.

I have a curious problem just with one customer (we have around 20 so far). We are still using Sophos UTM with the DHCP service, but since we installed it, we reserve an IP with the MAC address, and the DHCP service assigns the IP address even if it is reserved to another MAC address. Is like the reservation isn't working or the DHCP service does not care about the reservation. It is a 220 with Web and Net protection.

What is weird is that the previous UTM that we had for this customer, did not had this issue and still the same network.

Any idea?
