are you noticing performance issues of any kind? swapping more than 10% is bad but Sophos views it as a regular mode of operation unless performance is impacted.

Nothing that we notice but it went down to 0 after a reboot

it's going to go down yes but over time as the programs operate they use up more ram. Rebooting doesn't solve anything in the long term. I would let it go..if it doesn't cause issues bouncing the box isn't fixing anything. If you start to have performance issues then there's two things:
1. if you are a home user double your ram
2. if you are a business user contact your reseller for a support ticket.
Either way don't keep rebooting..it's not truly helping..[:)]
