[License] how activate my activation key?

Hello,

I bought the license for web, email and support for the software appliance for a new installation.

I receive the email with the upgrade key (UPG-***X). When I visit "myutm" and want to create a license, I cannot because I don't have the activation key (ACT-***X).

Is there a license for the software appliance ?

How can I activate my license ?

(I send an email to "nsglicensing@sophos.com", but I steel no news after two days..)

I is for a new license.

But I solved the "problem" (2 days to find that.. it's a shame. [:)] ). If an another one has my problem, here is the step :
- go to Small Business Firewall | UTM Essential Firewall for Small Business and create a license for busness
- the basic license was created in my "myutm" platform associate with the mail I entered in my request
- I activated the key "UPG-******X"
