thin client connection problem

Servers behind another firewall and try to passes over Sophos to connect internet and also thin clients,but thin clients can_t connect to virtual desktops over sophos... with 
Masquerading rules servers can pass to internet over sophos.. 
internal lan to External Wan _eth2
eth6 to External Wan _eth2

On sophos _ Eth4_ connected switch and thin clients on that switch Behind Sophos _ Eth6 _ there is another firewall and back of the firewall servers for remote desktops on hyper-v virtual desktops When cancel Sophos with another firewall thin clients can connect to virtual desktops… In firewall I can see that Port 3389 pass,but Over Sophos thin clients can’t conect to remote desktops...

    I would suggest opening the log files on all the firewalls that are in the picture and watching the logs for dropped packets. This should give you an indication of what is keeping the thin clients from working. 

    If nothing shows in the logs, try doing a traceroute to verify that the connectivity (routing) is what you expect. Make sure that ICMP is allowed so that the traceroute works. Try this from both ends - the thin client and the server.
