Dism.exe

I am installing internet xplorer 9 onto a PC and Sophos is blocking the dism.exe preventing installation.Any idea how i can stop this?

If it is blocking the download of dism.exe somehow, it's probably because by default .exe extension downloads are blocked. You can unblock the .exe extension if this is indeed the problem.

Is this a question about Web Protection blocking something? Or about Endpoint blocking something when the PC is not behind a UTM?
