We're running Astaro Security Gateway 8.1. We deleted our admin account after successfully creating admins who would log in via Active Directory accounts. Unfortunately, the Active Directory accounts can no longer log in, and we don't have the admin account to fall back on (whoops). I've followed the directions in Recover access to your Sophos UTM in the event of password loss, but don't get an "Admin password setup" page when connecting to WebAdmin after the password reset, presumably because the admin account no longer exists. Is there a way to create the admin account from the root prompt, or do we have to do a factory reset (gulp)?
