OpenVPN through UTM 110 with Basic Guard is slow

I'm not sure wether I'm in the right forum with my problem.

I have a problem with my UTM 110 with Basic Guard.

All connections use the full speed of my DSL connection, i.e. FTP connections at about 1.5 Mb/s, however, when I connect my workstation via OpenVPN to one of my customers, I can only achieve a connection speed of about 255 Kb/s. When I establish at the same time an FTP connection, which doesn't use the OpenVPN, to the same customer, this uses the remaining bandwidth completely.

When I connect my workstation directly to my router, so the UTM gateway is not used, the OpenVPN uses the full bandwidth of 1.5 MB / s.

How can it be that the UTM does not provide the full bandwidth to the OpenVPN?

Check #1 in https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/51/t/22065. Did that reveal anything?

I have detected the problem:
Use UDP Flood Protection was activated.

I have disabled UDP Flood Protection for the client and the server of the OpenVPN connection and all works fine.
