User Portal Not Working with IE 8/9 or 10

Hi,

2 x UTM230 HA Cluster
Firmware: 9.106-17

WebAdmin on default port 4444 works perfectly with Internet Explorer (IE) 8,9 and 10

But User Portal on same IP but port 443 allows login but then does not show anything except the logo and the users name top right

The same client device works perfectly with Chrome and Safari

I have tried changing the User Portal publishing port but this has no effect

IE has the following settings:

User Portal is in local Intranet Zone
Protected Mode is OFF
Compatability mode is OFF

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry but I don't think this is relevant as the same client device works with other browsers, it's just IE thats not working
