Error initializing after an upgrade installation.

Hello friends,

After a new update made on Sophos UTM, software version installed on a PC with 4GB of RAM and two network cards. Sophos started showing the following error message in the attached image.

How do I solve this problem?

Hi,

The hard drive (/dev/sda) is getting read errors; probably time for a new drive.

If you don't have a backup file saved, there are ways to get it off the filesystem (if the drive will let you).

Thanks, I'll provide another HD and reinstall, have backup settings.
