How let one device by pass authentication on hotspot?

Hi All,

I am currently running a WiFi hotspot but I only have one ethernet connection from the UTM to the Cafe, then from there I am running an Airport Extreme.

We have now installed a POS machine which is plugged in to the back of the Airport extreme. But every time they want to use the POS system they have to put in a voucher code :/

Is there a way I can tell the utm to let a certain mac address to bypass the hotspot authenication?

I really don't want to have to run another ethernet cable just for the POS machine :/

  • If the Airport doesn't support multiple VLAN's then your only possibility is creating a long-lasting voucher (can even be much longer than 1 year if you like).
