Quick way to test is to do a nslookup on the AD domain from your PC. The output will tell you which server is queried for the DNS lookup.
The query should go to one of the AD domains DNS servers and should respond with the IP's of the Domain Controllers.
Could you post the output from the nslookup, or if ur concerned about security, pm me the output and I'll look it over before pasting a sanitized version in the thread.
